Her strong work ethic, passion for animal care, and eagerness to learn quickly propelled her into a Veterinary Technician role. Over the next seven years, she honed her skills in patient care, surgical assistance, and client education, building a solid foundation in veterinary medicine.
Her leadership skills and deep understanding of clinic operations naturally led her into management, where she found a new way to make an impact—helping veterinary teams thrive. Lori has played a crucial role in the successful opening of two animal hospitals, overseeing everything from hiring and training staff to establishing protocols and ensuring high-quality patient care. She has been a valued member of our team for the past five years, bringing her expertise, dedication, and compassionate approach to both staff and clients.
Despite her managerial responsibilities, Lori continues to work hands-on as a Veterinary Technician, wearing many different hats throughout the hospital. Whether she’s assisting in surgery, mentoring new team members, managing daily operations, or supporting clients and their pets, she remains deeply involved in every aspect of patient care. Her ability to balance multiple roles with dedication and enthusiasm makes her an invaluable part of the team.
Lori’s love for animals extends beyond her career. At home, she shares her life with a vibrant family that includes her husband, two wonderful children, and a diverse group of pets—three dogs, eight cats, two snakes, two bearded dragons, and even a squirrel. Her home is a testament to her commitment to animals, and she takes great joy in caring for each of them.
In her free time, Lori enjoys making memories with her family, spending time outdoors, and continuously expanding her knowledge in the veterinary field. She is passionate about mentoring aspiring veterinary professionals and ensuring that every pet receives the best care possible.
